The large porch overlooks 11 acres of meadowland, and is located on the banks of the pristine, trout stocked Dry Fork River. With close access to Canaan Valley Ski Resort, It makes for the perfect ski vacation rental.
The Riverford cabin rental is comfortably furnished with three queen beds and two singles. The living room is complete with fireplace, as is the kitchen / dining room with French Doors and picture window with views of the West Virginia countryside.
Guests can hike, fish, bird watch or explore just outside the front door of the Log Home. Seasonal activities such as skiing, golfing and gourmet meals wait seven miles down the road at Canaan Valley Resort.

Today's Highlight: Blackwater Falls State Park
Blackwater Falls State Park is named for the falls of the Blackwater River whose amber-colored waters plunge five stories then twist and tumble through an eight-mile long gorge. The "black" water is a result of tannic acid from fallen hemlock and red spruce needles. The falls are one of the most photographed sites in West Virginia.
